Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointments with 24 hour notice. Cancelling, no showing or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in a 50% charge of scheduled appointment.

Late Arrival

We allow a 5 minute grace period for all our services. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, if you arrive 5 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment time, we do reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
